Pista ng PEARLS: 14 na Taon ng PasaSalamat

Pista ng PEARLS: 14 na Taon ng PasaSalamat!

We marked a special milestone—Project PEARLS’ 14th Anniversary—with an unforgettable and joyous fiesta at Better World Smokey Mountain! Surrounded by friends, families, supporters, and scholars, we came together to celebrate the heart of our mission: our bayanihan spirit and profound gratitude.

From fun games and a stunning fashion show to our scholars’ inspiring photo exhibit, an ukay-ukay for a cause, and so much more, the day was overflowing with laughter, love, and community!

We are deeply thankful to all our partners, volunteers, and everyone who made “Pista ng PEARLS” such a beautiful success! Special shoutout to:

San Miguel Foundation’s Better World Smokey Mountain, Potato Corner, Century Pacific Food Inc., Bacolod Chicken Inasal, RFM, Michelle’s Putong Ube, Tobi Peanuts, Belmont Manila Hotel, Telus Philippines, Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila, Yabu Philippines, Philips Personal Care, Ash and Muff, Dwellbeing, Brian and Sidney Snoeck, Monkey Eagle Brewery, and JoKoy Fan Club—your support means the world to us!

To our generous “Ukay-Ukay for a Cause” donors—OpenText, Cotecna, Cathay Pacific, LSEG Manila, Clarice & Rey Teves—thank you for contributing to this meaningful cause!

We also thank our keynote speaker and host Jampao Reyes and our amazing performers – NCAF Music Ministry, Mikkel Tanalgo, and Talahib People’s Music. Thank you for filling the event with festive and uplifting music!

And special thanks to the incredible GROW team, whose creativity and hard work brought the “Sibol ng Hiraya” collection to life. Crafted from flour sacks and scrap fabrics, this collection shone under the guidance of the talented Clarice Teves of @hautelove_clothing. Thank you for sharing your brilliance with our WoMen of GROW!

Special appreciation to Jean Dee of iAcademy for her time and expertise as our incredible fashion show director! And thank you to our volunteer photographers and videographer – Sidney Snoeck, Rey Teves, Jhunmar Tan, and Franco Panopio.

This day was a true celebration of hope from our communities and unity from our partners and volunteers.

Happy 14th to all of us! Here’s to many more years of bayanihan and impact.
