Project Pearls Brain Booster
Nov. 26, 2016

We are so grateful for today’s feeding program sponsored by LBC Foundation. More than just sponsoring the event, LBC employees also volunteered their time for this outreach. The heavy rain did not stop them from extending some help to our PEARLS Kids. They even had a short dance presentation to entertain our kids before starting the feeding activity!
In return, our kids showed them how talented and creative they are during the brain booster activity.
For this day’s art project, kids were tasked to make mini-Christmas trees. Ate Christine, our Brain Booster Coordinator, lead the step by step demonstration on how to make these.
Volunteers assisted them throughout the activity. Everyone had a fun and art-filled Saturday! It was a rainy morning but instead of water, the whole PEARLS courtyard was flooded with love and happiness.
These mini-Christmas trees that the kids proudly made will serve as added ornaments in our PEARLS Clinic and courtyard.
The day ended with the distribution of slippers for our PEARLS kids sponsored by LBC Foundation too!
Once again, thank you so much, LBC Foundation for your continuous generosity and support to Project PEARLS. You have shown that you do not just “like to move it” , but you like to move with love for the kids!
