Our Time to Learn scholars, parents, and community in Tondo received the gift of good dental health and more last Monday, February 13th!We are grateful to Dra. Thess Venturina, her family, and friends for conducting a much-needed dental mission and providing free haircut services for children and adults.
The dental mission included fluoride application, tooth extraction, and a lecture on proper oral hygiene. Our TTL scholars received new toothbrushes and toothpaste too.Apart from the dental mission, they also gave free haircuts, which helped with personal hygiene and boosted self-esteem. Everyone was happy with their new look!
