Today, we celebrated something special in our Hunger Relief in Helping Land, Tondo—the birthday of one of our youngest advocates, Cassie Eng.
Our community volunteers served delicious meals of chop suey, rice, tuna spring rolls, hard-boiled eggs, and bananas. We also gave out Selecta Ice Cream, canned corned beef from Century Pacific Food, Inc., and instant noodles from one of our heroes, Vi Lim.
Happy Birthday, Cassie! Thank you so much for your commitment to our PEARLS mission and for touching hundreds of lives in our communities. May you continue to inspire us all. We love you!
