Despite the heavy rains yesterday morning, 500 adults were in high spirits as they went to our courtyard in Helping Land, Tondo. They were given hearty and comforting breakfast meals of sauteed mung beans, rice, boiled eggs, and pineapples by our ever hardworking community volunteers. Food packs from Rise Against Hunger Philippines were also distributed to everyone.
This feeding was all made possible with the tremendous help of our sponsor, Daniel Arreola.
