In times of crisis, it’s the compassion and unity of the community that make all the difference. Over the course of two waves of distribution, we were able to extend vital relief to more than 250 families who have been affected by the recent fire.
Thanks to the generosity of LDS Charities, AMS, Shell Philippines, RFM Corp., Gota de Leche Manila, and numerous other donors, we distributed essential supplies—hygiene kits, kitchen essentials, sleeping kits, grocery items, pre-loved clothes, manna pack rice, and water containers. These contributions provided much more than just material assistance; they brought comfort and hope to families who have lost so much.
On September 24, 60 families received relief packs that included hygiene kits, kitchen items, and sleeping essentials from LDS Charities. On September 28, we continued with the support of AMS, Shell Philippines, and Gota de Leche Manila, sharing groceries, pasta, clothes, and water containers with the broader community.
This collective effort reflects the solid support of our partners and donors, who have been instrumental in helping us reach those in need during this challenging time.
