Our outreach to the Aeta community in Sitio Manabayukan, Capas, Tarlac, was a success, thanks to our partner Uniqlo Philippines. To celebrate the opening of their first store in Tarlac province, they chose to support a community that often goes unreached.
Project PEARLS, along with volunteers from Uniqlo, led our LitClub on the Go module, which helps kids understand the importance of creativity, communication, and engagement with one another. We distributed new and pre-loved clothes, food, school supplies, and gifts to nearly 250 children and their parents.
We want to thank Uniqlo Philippines for their trust and for choosing us and the community we support as the beneficiary of this initiative.
