Celebrating Nelson Mandela International Day with the children and families in Tondo!
On July 18, we joined the international community in commemorating the heroism and life of Nelson Mandela. We are very grateful to the South African Embassy, Manila for choosing to celebrate this important day with our communities for five years now. We are deeply honored for the continuous love and support of Her Excellence BN Radebe-Netshitenzhe and Ms. Ellen Vega.
The kids and families were so thankful for the delicious meals, fun activities, and grocery items that they received. Thank you so much to the Embassy’s partners for making this possible: ICTSI Foundation, FDI, SM, Goldfields Corporation, Fly Ace Corporation, J.Co, Liwayway Marketing Corporation, Embassy of Nigeria, Embassy of Angola, Mr Ralph Lim Joseph, Consul William Chen, and the Department of Foreign Affairs.
