April 2 is World Autism Awareness Day, a day when we celebrate the unique strengths and talents of individuals on the autism spectrum.To help raise awareness and promote acceptance for people with autism, our PEARLS kids created a beautiful butterfly collage during the Brain Booster activity last Saturday.
The vibrant colors of the cellophane and Japanese paper represent the diversity of talents and capabilities of people with autism.We are so proud of our kids for their meaningful artwork! On this special day, let’s take the time to listen to the voices of individuals with autism and learn from their experiences. Together, we can create a more inclusive world that embraces diversity and celebrates neurodiversity.
