Due to the effects of the pandemic and sudden increase in prices of commodities, more families in Helping Land, Tondo are going to bed hungry and waking up hungrier. Our Hunger Relief Program aims to help the burden of these families by providing healthy and filling meals.
Through the help of our sponsor, Azusa Yamazaki, who is celebrating her birthday, more than 300 children and families were given hot and warm breakfast meals of veggie pancit, rice, fried hot dogs, and bananas. Bags of bread buns were also handed out to everyone.
Happy Birthday, Asuza! Thank you so much for your continuous support in our mission. You truly saved lives on your birthday. We love and miss you!
