Our sponsor and one of our strongest advocates, Laila Soliven, did something special in celebration of her birthday. She decided to share her birthday blessings to hundreds of families in our community in Helping Land, Tondo by sponsoring our Hunger Relief Program.
On her birthday celebration, our community volunteers prepared and gave out over 500 hearty breakfast meals of chicken asado, rice, and bananas to families who went to our feeding center.
Happy Birthday, Laila! Thank you so much for embracing our PEARLS mission. Your kindness and generosity truly saved hundreds of lives yesterday morning. We really appreciate you!
