For this fine Saturday morning, we had a Brain Booster Activity in both of our adopted communities: Bulacan and Tondo!
For the Brain Booster in Bulacan, we celebrated Nutrition Month! We taught the kids how to create colorful fruit baskets out of paper plates.
Great job kids!
This activity was then followed by a yummy feeding for all.
And then for our Brain Booster activity in Tondo, volunteers and kids created some artsy stamps!
Most of our guest-volunteers for this day were from Foothill College – Enactus Club. The Enactus Club believes in students who take entrepreneurial action for others to make the world a better place.
The children of Helping Land enjoyed the hearty and delicious meal served in the feeding.
