Cardinal Tagle inspires hope among capital city’s slum dwellers

Moya wrote about the humble visit of Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle last January 3 in Helping Land where he led a special mass at the Project PEARLS courtyard for the families living in the area and details about all the parts of the mass. It was indeed a blessed and hope-filled day not just for the families and children of Helping Land but to also the volunteers and guests who also attended.
